I called Desert Greens to inquire about a used tractor they had advertised on Social Media. I spoke with Mike Otero and set up an appointment to come by the dealership and take a look. Mike was toatally professional and very low key about the the purchase. He coordinated getting the mower attachment that I wanted from the other dealership and had it delivered in a timely fashion. More importantly, a month after delivery, when the tractor was not running (totally my fault) Mike went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue!

Mike Otero handled everything to do with my purchase and made the whole experience from the original call back...to financing...to final delivery EASY! He listened to my needs and concerns and delivered beyond my expectations...including a follow-up call to make sure i was happy with my purchase...I can't thank him and the entire staff enough for all they did to make it possible. I bought an X350 lawn tractor, service from sales was excellent, financing easy, delivery was smooth. Using the tractor was a dream, it handles turns nicely, steering geometry, perfect. No need for power steering. Frame is tight , motor is quiet no excess noise, ride is smoother than the Cub Cadet I own. It's worth the extra money, its a solid machine that will good for years.
